These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website nutrihealhub.com and all nutrition consultation, coaching, and digital services ("Services") offered by Dt. Priyanka Agarwal under the brand NutriHeal Hub ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the website, booking a consultation, or purchasing any program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

Our Services are available to individuals aged 18 years and above. Minors may avail services only with the explicit consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using our Services, you represent that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

2. Nature of Services

NutriHeal Hub provides:

• One-on-one online nutrition consultations (via Zoom / Google Meet)
• Personalised diet plans and lifestyle guidance
• Structured programs such as Diabetes Reversal, Insulin Resistance Coaching, Gut Reset Challenge, PCOS & Thyroid management, and Weight Management
• Follow-up support via WhatsApp/email as outlined in your chosen plan
• Educational content on the website and social media

3. Booking, Payments & Pricing

• Consultation and program fees are clearly stated on the website or shared at the time of booking.
• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store full card details.
• Fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise specified. International clients are responsible for any applicable currency conversion or transaction charges.
• Your consultation/program is confirmed only once full payment is received.
• We reserve the right to revise prices at any time. Such revisions will not affect bookings already confirmed.

4. Appointments, Rescheduling & No-Shows

• Appointments must be scheduled through the booking links provided (Cal.id / Razorpay) or as instructed by our team.
• Rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, subject to availability.
• Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may not be accommodated and may be treated as a no-show.
• If you fail to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice, the session will be considered delivered, and the fees will not be refunded.

5. Client Responsibilities

To benefit from our Services, you agree to:

• Provide complete, accurate, and truthful information about your health, medications, lab reports, and lifestyle.
• Inform Dt. Priyanka of any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or ongoing treatments.
• Follow the diet plan and recommendations as discussed; results depend on consistent adherence.
• Continue to consult your physician for medical conditions and not stop prescribed medication without your doctor's approval.
• Notify us of any side effects, discomfort, or unusual symptoms experienced during the program.

6. Results & Disclaimer

While many of our clients have achieved significant improvements — including reductions in HbA1c, weight, cholesterol, and improvements in PCOS, thyroid, and gut health — results vary from person to person and depend on individual health status, consistency, medical history, and adherence to the plan. Testimonials and success stories shared on our website are real experiences of our clients and are not guarantees of similar outcomes for every user.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, logos, images, graphics, diet plans, recipes, videos, programs, and downloadable materials — is the intellectual property of NutriHeal Hub / Dt. Priyanka Agarwal and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit any part of the website or program materials without prior written permission.

8. Acceptable Use

When using our website or services, you agree NOT to:

9. Third-Party Tools & Links

Our website integrates third-party tools such as Razorpay (payments), Cal.id (booking), Formspree (forms), Zoom/Google Meet (consultations), and WhatsApp. We are not responsible for any failure, downtime, or data handling by these third parties, but we work with reputed providers to ensure reliability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• NutriHeal Hub and Dt. Priyanka Agarwal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
• Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific Service in question.
• We are not liable for any health outcome that arises from inaccurate information shared by the client, non-adherence to the plan, or failure to follow medical advice.

11. Refunds & Cancellations

12. Privacy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and protect your personal and health information.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any Service, without refund, if you breach these Terms, share program content with unauthorised persons, behave abusively with our team, or misrepresent material health information.
